If a certain 80's hit song is now going through your head ... give yourself some bonus points :-)
Doc says it's baby time ... so we're scheduled to head to the hospital to start inducing Thursday morning. Both our other kids were induced so this is nothing new to us. We also just had another ultrasound ... confirmed that it's a girl. This is a good thing as we just had a baby shower and EVERYTHING we got was pink!
Speaking of the shower ... wow, I was blown away by the generosity of so many friends. Mega kudos to Nancy, Jenn, and Roxanne for creating a most impressive event!
So I'm taking paternity leave from Thursday all through next week ... returning on Monday the 29th.
This means I will not be able to do the Church IT Podcast this Friday ... I think I have a good excuse though :-) Let's plan to do the next as scheduled on the 1st Friday of Feb.
If you happen to think about Kim and I Thursday morning we'd certainly appreciate your prayers for a safe delivery.
More details to follow as they develop!
... it's the final countdown ...
Sweet! That's awesome news. I'll be praying for y'all.
Europe was a great group, I had that tape. A guy at church and I were discussing 80s bands recently and Europe came to my mind. Talk about one hit wonder, good stuff, though.

Ugh, now I've got that song stuck in my head. Thanks.
Seriously, congrats on the kidlet. I'll stick with my two girls for now, even if the 3.5-year-old is practically *begging* to be sold to the gypsies on a daily basis. "This too shall pass" has become a mantra of sorts.
