Stay Up or Go To Bed?

I just got back from church ... it's not often I see our stove clock showing these A.M. digits

We started overhauling our oldest IDF this evening at 5pm and ran into a major snag ... if I find out who did the cabling in our Tech Room IDF I will hurt them ... no, I'm not kidding ... I, Ed, Kyle, and Mark should get to inflict much pain on them for the ridiculous cabling job they did.  What should have taken at most 15 minutes took over 3 hours!  GRRRRRRRRRRRR!  I'll post some pics later.

So anyways ... here it is almost 5am and I'm not really tired.  So now I start wondering if I should just push through and stay up or go try to sleep.  Either way my body is going to wig out at some point.

Think I'll try to lay down and see what happens ... first I need a snack though :-)

Stay up, drink caffine and think inspired thoughts. Sleep after lunch and then go home. That's what I would do if I wasn't working in the Air Force as a IT guy.

Bad wiring is the bane of everyplace. No matter where I have been, there has always been bad wiring to replace. People get sloppy or don't care about wiring plans or even labeling lines. Uck! I hate opening a subfloor or server rack and seeing a pile of Cat5 or fiber looking like a love-shack for colored snakes.

Jason thanks for the great web site, it has been a blessing. I am looking for CMS to replace Power Church.
Power Church seems to be causing the staff some problems and I would like to explore other options. Any ideas.
