I'll try to be there online - but we will see.

I heard almost all yours churchIT podcasts. I wonder if you have any suggestions for small churches, that doesn't have employees at all.
Maybe that's more churchWEB not churchIT staff... But this is where it starts, isn't it? Even small churches has their own websites, try to manage all things that are going on in their calendar, try to get updates more frequently and so on.
How did you started? How you can explain to the church members that there are many possibilities with using (at least) website, using technology even in small church.
I can see there is the big gape (?). Those people the most involved in service have not enough time (and willingness) to share with others what they are doing. How you can smoothly work it out?
Maybe those questions should be asked someone else... But can you consider this subject?
