I'm lined up for a phone interview about our server virtualization experiences for an upcoming article they're working on. How kewl is that?! Even if I don't make it into the final print, it's a pretty neat feeling to get asked by a large circulation magazine that you respect to do an interview.
Currently we have 11 physical Windows2003 servers and 8 Windows2003 virtual servers. Once we get our SAN in place we'll consolidate down to a planned 4-5 physical servers and everything else running virtual. Consolidation rules! :-)
Jason, you don't have any extra copies of server 2k3 laying around you don't use?

Sorry, we don't. In fact I need to get more copies! The "problem" with VMware is that it's so easy to just fire up another server that you can quickly run over your licensing agreement :-)
